Built for involuntary churn recovery

You're losing 2–8% of revenue to failed payments. We get most of it back.

Reclaim connects to Stripe in minutes and runs smart retry logic and dunning sequences on every expired card, insufficient-funds decline, and fraud block — recovering 60–70% of what you're losing today, versus the 30–40% most finance teams manage by hand.

The problem

Involuntary churn isn't a retention problem. It's a collections problem.

Involuntary churn happens when a paying customer's subscription is canceled not by choice, but because a charge failed — an expired card, a temporary cash-flow gap, an overzealous fraud filter. Most of these customers never meant to leave.

Failure reasonShare of failuresRecoverabilityWhy
Expired cards40%Very highThe customer still wants the service — they just need a new card on file.
Insufficient funds25%HighUsually a temporary cash-flow gap. A well-timed retry clears it.
Fraud blocks20%HighA legitimate transaction flagged by the bank — not a fraudulent customer.
Technical failures15%Very highProcessor timeouts and dropped connections. A simple retry usually works.

How it works

Plug-and-play. No product changes required.

Reclaim works with the Stripe integration you already have. There's nothing to build, migrate, or maintain.

Step 01

Connect

Authorize read access to your Stripe account via OAuth — no card data ever touches our servers. Takes under 10 minutes, no engineering required.

Step 02

Analyze

We pull 90 days of failed payments, segment every failure by reason, and calculate exactly how much recoverable revenue is sitting on the table.

Step 03

Recover

Smart retry rules and dunning emails go to work automatically — expired cards on days 3 and 5, insufficient funds on days 2 and 7, fraud blocks routed for manual review.

FAQ

Questions finance teams ask us

Is our payment data safe?

Reclaim connects through Stripe's OAuth flow — we never see or store full card numbers. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we hold ourselves to the same PCI-aligned standards as any tool that touches payment data.

How long does setup take?

Most teams are live in under 10 minutes: connect your Stripe account, review your free recovery audit, and turn on retry rules and dunning emails. No engineering work required.

Do you replace the dunning emails we already send?

You can run Reclaim alongside your existing emails or hand the whole sequence over to us — expired-card, insufficient-funds, and fraud-block templates are ready to customize from day one.

What happens if you don't recover anything?

You still pay the flat platform fee, but the 10–15% revenue share only applies to money we actually get back. Our incentive is the same as yours: we only do well when you get paid.

Which payment processors do you support?

Stripe today. Chargebee, Square, and PayPal support are on our near-term roadmap.

Is there a contract?

Plans are month-to-month by default. Prepay annually and save 15–20%.

Every month you wait is more revenue gone for good.
